Cookies, Honey, & Candy

My accounting job involves seeing a lot of fun popcorn buckets and concession items we make for Disney and movie theaters.

That got me back to seeing what I can whip up myself.

Looking what to practice on, I landed on one of Hallmark's landmark items, and one of Kohl's.

As far as practicing goes, these would make great courses for workng with modifiers and putting them in the right order to minimize manual work. 

The amount of sculpting that honey would've required otherwise would've been painstaking.

All materials and the background are from Blendswap, and the hat's reference is from Vexels.

For the first one, I thought flattening the bottom of the ball wouldn’t look right, so I added a glass stand. I cannot efficiently/effectively fill the bowl with candy because it’ll kill the computer, but otherwise I think I’m onto something.

For the second, the reference for the shape is the wooden, painted christmas tree in Winnie The Pooh's home.
